Licensed in the state of North Carolina in the fields of Property, Casualty, Life & Health, He is also licensed in the state of Virginia as well as South Carolina, allowing his agency to service your insurance needs across state lines. Being a licensed producer since 2001, Irvin is the second generation President and Chief Executive Officer of Caswell Insurance Services, Inc., since May of 2015.

Irvin has lived his entire life in the Blanch community of Caswell County. He is a graduate of Bartlett Yancy High School and North Carolina State University. Irvin and his wife Janice divide their time between Osborn Baptist Church in Eden and Dan River Church in Danville along with their two sons.

The Dailey family are avid campers and outdoorspeople and you can usually find them making memories on the lake. He enjoys traveling and exploring usually from the pilot seat as he is a private pilot. Irvin is the President of the Board of Directors of Providence Volunteer Fire Department as well as a First Responder, serving his community for over 20 years.
