Licensed in the state of North Carolina in Property and Casualty lines of insurance, she has been with the agency since 2019 beginning as the Office Manager of Reidsville Insurance Center and then promoted to the Director of Operations for Caswell Insurance Services, Inc. Stephanie started her career in medical billing and accounting and migrated to legal electronic billing and accounting with a large defense based firm founded in Greensboro, North Carolina where she spent over 20 years as the Electronic Billing Coordinator.

As the Director of Operations she travels between our Reidsville and Yanceyville locations and oversees the day to day the activities of the agency and her fellow employees and is the point of contact for our multiple carriers regarding compliance and certifications. Mainly out of the front lines as a first contact, she is very much a crucial part of our agency and making sure all of the moving parts keep moving and our family of employees are happy. She is jokingly known in the offices as the “Mother Duck” as she referrers to her colleagues as her ducks and swans.

Stephanie and her husband Jamie have been lifelong residents of the Oregon Hill community in Rockingham County and have been married for 30 years and live on the family farm that has been in Jamie’s family for over four generations. She and Jamie enjoy traveling the world, exploring new cultures and cuisine. Stephanie enjoys spending time crafting, designing, refinishing and restoring furniture. She also enjoys sunshine, the sound of waves, a good fishing hole, books on the beach and spending time with her tribe of friends, fur babies and family.
